What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Yes, we deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery charges may vary based on your location. You can check delivery charges during checkout.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address before your order is shipped by contacting our customer service. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
